Sue is the founder of Monarch Association Management, Inc. Bringing over twenty-seven (30) years of community association management experience. During her career she has both worked for several of the large management companies and as the onsite manager for both the Tampa Palms and Timber Oaks Homeowners Association. Sue attended East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee. She holds an Associates Degree in Elementary Education.
Sue oversees the day-to-day operation of Monarch Association Management, Inc. and Visible Difference.

Carrie Schranz, LCAM - CAM41503
Carrie joined the Monarch team in 2011. Prior to joining Monarch, Carrie worked in finance industry for 15+ years. She also attended Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, NC. Carrie works both as a licensed Community Association Manager and as the accounting manager. She oversees the maintenance/janitorial division of Monarch's subsidiary company, Visible Difference.

Cindy joined the Monarch team in 2013. She has held her Community Association Management license since renewing her inactive license in 2013. Cindy is a graduate of Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, North Carolina, with a Bachelor of Science Degree.
